Our proposal seeks to enhance internationalization efforts on campus by way of three projects leading to capacity building, curricular innovation, and the development of resources. The following proposal builds on priorities identified in President Adam Weinberg's Strategic Plan (2015-16), the recommendations detailed in the internationalization audit report (2015-16), the report presented by the Global Initiatives Refinement Group (2015), and discussions with the Advisory Group for International Efforts. Our three projects will enhance and develop our existing programs and resources to maximize students' international opportunities; and deepen and integrate global experience on campus so as to "reimagine the global" as an integral part of a Denison education. The timeline for the development and implementation of our proposed projects is two years (2016-2017 and 2017-2018). This proposal envisions collaboration with GLCA schools in both resource development and the sharing of outcomes. All three projects in this proposal leverage the collective expertise of consortium members to develop resources and share outcomes with consortium members. These projects will continue to enhance our communication, interactions, and collaborations.
