The chief academic officers of the thirteen member colleges meet twice annually as the GLCA Deans' Council. The Deans' Council reviews existing faculty-development and off-campus study programs, considers new program ideas, and approves proposed disciplinary meetings. Further, the Deans' Council provides an occasion for professional development for deans, provosts, and vice presidents for academic affairs.
The Spring 2013 meeting of the Deans' Council will be held at Denison University on Monday, April 15th and Tuesday, April 16th.
The Fall 2013 meeting of the Deans' Council will be held on Thursday, November 14th and Friday, November 15th. Location to be announced.
